Co-Founder

Gerald Beranek

With over twenty years of experience in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and ten years in business and financial management, Gerald plays a key role in our financial management, operations, and outreach.

With a focus on production capacity, inventory, quality and distribution, Gerald ensures efficient, on-time delivery of products. His strategic oversight, industry connections, and attention to the supply chain keeps Conduit Direct Group agile and responsive to market demands. Gerald is also the Owner and CEO of BeraTek Industries in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Ethan Davidson

Ethan brings over a decade of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on streamlining operations on the warehouse floor.

He works closely with vendors and partners to maintain a steady material supply, effectively reducing bottlenecks and enhancing overall efficiency. Acting as the bridge between sales and customer needs, Ethan keeps a close eye on product flows while staying attuned to industry trends and developments.
